Dartmouth House is seeking a Full-time Waiter to join our dynamic team. As a Waiter, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our esteemed members and guests.Your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing topnotch customer service to members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Setting up and maintaining the dining area to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Adhering to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.
- Offering assistance during events and special occasions within Dartmouth House.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a members' club is highly preferred.
- Additional experience within the events sector is a valuable asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and demanding environment.
- Flexibility to work a MondaytoFriday schedule with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
