Disposal Surveyor**
Contract: Ongoing

Rate:
£425 per day (UMB)

Are you a skilled Disposal Surveyor with a passion for property services and a commitment to community-driven initiatives? If so, this is your chance to join the dynamic team at LBH and make a significant impact on the future of our local area.

Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in community initiatives and partnerships.
Provide land valuations, options appraisals, and development briefs.
Market and dispose of council properties with necessary approvals.
Identify and resolve potential issues with scheme development or disposal.
Contribute to team plans and suggest improvements for efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

RICS qualified, with evidence of continuous professional development.
Full UK Driving licence
Experience in land and property disposal process, producing valuations, and commercial property.
Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Understanding of the property disposal process and commercial acumen.
