SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator based in the outskirts of Nottingham.This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace
Experience within a previous Administration role is essential to be successful for this role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the customer with the queries
- Maintaining the relevant daily and monthly reports
- Data entry
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- General admin ad hoc tasks within the department
- Working closely with BD, Business Services, Operations, and Finance.
- Generate reports and update as appropriate for management.
- Supporting the Senior CRM & Business Services Manager on CRM related management and reporting.
- Update the CRM in a timely, consistent, and highquality manner.
- Proactively liaise with finance, operations, legal and BD obtaining the latest information to ensure CRM is reflective of the current state of the business.
- Prepare core information to allow production of full and accurate work orders and amendments.
- Attend departmental and team meetings, champion the CRM.
- Work as part of the wider commercial team by supporting team members.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30 AM PM
Salary:
£24,000 - £25,000
