HR Shared Services support NHS organisations in the delivery of their strategic people objectives and operational delivery plans to ensure that world class products and services are delivered to patients.
Delivering a comprehensive range of end-to-end HR services to NHS organisations.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administration Assistant to join our team.
You will provide administration support to the HR Advisory team dealing with Employee Relations and act as the first point of contact for HR-related procedural queries from our customers.
You will also support with co-ordinating and improving HR processes to ensure a smooth flow in relation to people-related tasks and job evaluations.
You will also have experience with HR procedures and an understanding of HR terminology
If you are passionate about delivering a great customer experience, have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and can communicate confidently and professionally with a variety of stakeholders, then this could be the role for you.
