About Our Client:


My client are looking for a Invoicing Clerk to come and join their team on a permanent basis based in the City of London.


The key responsibilities for the Invoicing Clerk are:

  • Entering invoices and credit notes on to the accounting system when required
  • Sending out invoices to clients or fee earnings in a timely manner
  • Handling internal billing queries
  • Review billing guides, invoices and credit notes when received from fee earners
  • Take ownership of ebilling processes for relevant clients
  • Adhoc duties

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Invoicing Clerk will have:

  • Excellent excel skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to communicate
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Previous legal experience desirable
  • At least one years experience in a similar role
