About Our Client:
My client are looking for a Invoicing Clerk to come and join their team on a permanent basis based in the City of London.
The key responsibilities for the Invoicing Clerk are:
- Entering invoices and credit notes on to the accounting system when required
- Sending out invoices to clients or fee earnings in a timely manner
- Handling internal billing queries
- Review billing guides, invoices and credit notes when received from fee earners
- Take ownership of ebilling processes for relevant clients
- Adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Invoicing Clerk will have:
- Excellent excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate
- Strong numeracy skills
- Previous legal experience desirable
- At least one years experience in a similar role
