We're recruiting for experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our vibrant team. Service quality is just as important to us as quality food. We have a very clear vision & want people onboard to help us deliver excellence. You also have the benefit of free food on shift

This position would suit an experienced supervisor/ team leader who is keen to take a step up to Assistant Manager in the future.

Duties, Responsibilities & Key Skills:

Day to day assisting the Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Manager running the restaurant.
Look to develop your business to maximize sales
Performance management of staff, setting clear objectives to help you over deliver your personal targets set by the board
Training & coaching new starters to ensure they meet the brand standards & achieve their potential
Control & management of costs for your restaurant
Ensuring you go the extra mile & give impeccable service to all patrons
Set an excellent example to the other team members
Have great interpersonal skills
Show real passion for the industry & an interest in the food we serve
Have the ability to selfmanage at busy times & be proactive in approach
Most importantly, be a happy golucky character whose glass is half full
