Assembly Fitter

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Assembly Fitter to join their team on a permanent basis.

This position offers a competitive salary of £33,602 + Shift Allowance and is located in Cheltenham. The role includesworking 37 hours per week on rotating shifts, including days, lates, and nights, on a 2-week schedule.

As an Assembly Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and testing aerospace components, as well as completing any relevant documentation.

You will be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will be expectedto read engineering drawings and have previous fitting experience, ideally in the aerospace or automotive industry, as well as experience working to specifications and procedures and understanding of COSHH.
