This role is made for someone who has 6-12 months of experience in payroll and maybe feels like they've hit a wall when it comes to development.
In this role, you will get one-to-one training from the Payroll Manager on year-end payroll including processing P35s, P11Ds and P60s.
The Payroll Manager is highly experienced and supportive, you'll have in-depth training on the company's processes and procedures. She has trained the whole payroll team to an excellent standard, and you'll be no exceptionJoining this team will set you up for a successful and fulfilling career in payroll. You'll be able to utilise and build on your experience and eventually process payroll from start to finish.
It will never feel like you are alone in the payroll/finance department because the team continuously supports and uplifts one another.
