Internal Recruiter // Swansea - Hybrid // 12 Month Fix Term // Salary up to £35,000

FaulknerScott are proud to be working with a successful worldwide business based in Swansea on their search for an Internal Recruiter.

If successful, you will provide the full recruitment process with a variety of both internal and external roles across the UK locations.

Key attributes or experience:
*Experience in recruitment agency or in house. Under a years' experience must have a degree.
*Effective communicator in both written and spoken English, you will need to be confident and articulate in your conversations with stakeholders and whilst writing adverts.
*Must be able to attend the Swansea office 5 days per week to gain experience to work independently (2 days per week once confident within role).
