', provide training and CPD courses to ensure career progression and offer consistent support and motivation. We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team in a mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Camden.

About the role:


As a
SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with children amongst Year 3 and Year 4 to manage behaviour, lead interventions and provide additional support to academic, social and emotional development.


SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related qualification
  • Experience working with SEN
  • Experience working in classroom setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
