We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Worker to join Dorset team working 37.50 hours a week. Applications for job sharing will be considered.

The Role


As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing high quality, end-to-end support to victims of crime to cope and recover.

You will be responsible for establishing contact with victims to assess the impact of crime and providing appropriate informationand support.

As the needs and experiences of our clients are wide-ranging, the support you will provide will range from brief interventions over the telephone to longer term 1:1 and telephone-based support.


About You


You will have the skills to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning.

You should have demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position and anability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload is essential.
