Job Details

To ensure all raw material deliveries, including packaging, are received against company and customer specifications through inspection and testing, where non-conformities are identified, liaising with the suppliers to drive investigation and resolution.

Manage raw materials and packaging upon delivery to ensure compliance to specification/ artwork/ QAS's as well as ensuring appropriate certifications are within the agreed specification.
Ensure collection of chemical, microbiological and organoleptic samples inline with current testing schedules.
Ensure samples are booked on the lab portal and sent to the lab for testing, reviewing the results before releasing the materials, reporting on and actioning any out of specification results.
Ensure incoming packaging is checked against the required standards and artwork before being released.
Conduct temperature verification checks (product, environmental).
Conduct CCP verification relevant to the area being worked in and report any Non-Conformances
Participate in regulatory and customer audits
Conduct calibration checks and record the results
Communicate with suppliers on any nonconformance and will be required to feedback to site on the actions
Complete and communicate the supplier nonconformance (DMR's)/ rejection notifications with sufficient follow up to ensure investigations are carried out within a timely manner
Place the materials on hold/ release
Conduct GMP, hygiene and fabrication audits and to ensure any corrective actions required are communicated to the relevant departments.
