Vision Consortium Services is a fast growing business.We're on the lookout for a superstar Business Services Administrator to join us and be instrumental in some of the exciting plans we have.
Day-to-day duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Human Recourses with Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
- Daily running of the office, ensuring that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Offering general support to other teams and departments that may need it.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to proper departments
- Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding
- Preparing plans to help streamline and improve business operations
- Living and breathing our four core values.
Core Skills:
- Strong organisational skills.
- High standards of verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- IT literate using MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Processdriven.
- A positive cando attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- A good standard of education.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
