Dore Woodman are an MCS accredited installer of residential and light commercial Air / Ground Source Heat pumps, Solar PV and Battery Storage, Underfloor Heating and Cooling Systems.

We cover Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Berkshire working with self-builders,private developers, architects and homeowners.

We have a quite exceptional, friendly and passionate team of engineers and office crew and we pride ourselves in developing talented people and helping them to achieve their optimum potential.


We are looking for our next Trainee Engineer to develop their existing plumbing or electronics skills and make the transition into air to water heating systems.

Quite possibly one of the most exciting and topical growth industries, you can barely turn apage or open Facebook or Instagram without reading something linked to carbon reduction or clean energy and Dore Woodman are right at the sharp end.

We are an unusual company in that we aren't limited to one specific product and we can offer all mechanicalsystems, in-house.

All our team are PAYE employed and feel a sense of purpose and part of an adventure.


Skills and attributes required:


  • Qualified to minimum Level 2 Plumbing
  • A real interest in electronics, technology and gadgets
  • A hardworking team player
  • A good level of numeracy
  • Use your initiative, proactive and motivated
  • Approachable and friendly
  • Attention to detail and even a bit OCD
  • Happy to get in front of a camera for our social media efforts
  • Patient and willing to selfeducate
