Customer Service Assistant

Salary:
£5,318.47 per annum (£23,151 pro rata'd/ £12 per hour)

Hours:
average 8.5 per week over 2 week rota

Location:
Bovey Tracey Library

Closing date: 9am on Monday, 24th June 2024

Interview date:
w/c 1st July 2024


Please note that this role is offered on a fixed-term basis until 14th June 2025.


Bovey Tracey Library is a bustling and lively library with facilities, groups and events for people of all ages to enjoy.


As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be involved in planning and running activities, supporting customers frontline with queries, providing IT assistance, fundraising and promoting all that library services have to offer.
