Job description:

To implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars; organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise.

Tracks product line sales and costs by analysing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing various sales data.
Designing and maintaining promotional materials for existing product and new product releases.
Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases where possible.

Plans and attends meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy.
Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Skills and Experience:

Confident and outgoing personality.
Working towards CIM or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail.
Well organised and self-motivated.
Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
Detailed knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
