Homebased

Permanent, Full Time Monday - Friday with 2 evenings a week

Option of compressed hours

£48,000-£52,000 DOE

Are you qualified in clinical supervision and looking for a new challenge in a rewarding role? We have a new opportunity to join our service as a CBT Supervisor You will be responsible for supporting the overall service by offering regular clinical supervision to our team of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and High Intensity Therapists.

This role will also see you supporting with supervising assessments and working with a small clinical caseload.


Part of Acacium Group, Xyla Digital Therapies is one of the fastest growing, flexible mental health services in the UK, providing an extensive range of therapeutic methods.

We have robust partnerships, strong clinical leadership and a network of 2,500+ skilled clinicians.

We have 4,000 patients in treatment, assessing an additional 1,000 patients a week, running 55 IAPT services fastest growing digital mental health service providing into the NHS in the country.

We have 1,200 patients in counselling treatment currently and we are always growing


Every day you will

  • Provide regular supervision and consultancy to the Clinical Network for all routine CBT, Guided Self-Help and assessments
  • Provide training, support and supervision to CBT therapists and PWPs as required
  • Ensure timely and appropriate supervision for all complex cases, formulation and
therapy interventions

  • Contribute to the development and articulation of best practice in psychological
therapies, taking part in regular professional supervision and appraisal and maintaining an active engagement with current evidence-based developments in the field of clinical or counselling psychology

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

  • A BABCP recognised CBT qualification or equivalent
  • Supervision training
  • Proven experience working in IAPT
  • Experience providing supervision to CBT therapists and PWPs within an IAPT service
