Trainee Lettings Negotiator

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the marketing and letting of residential properties
  • Conducting viewings with potential tenants
  • Negotiating rental terms and securing agreements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

Requirements:


  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the property industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license

Salary:
£21,000
OTE £25,000
