Main Purpose of Role

The primary mission of the Customer Service Agent is to handle all incoming customer calls in line with our quality standards, procedures and guidelines, working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, in order to sell and promote reservations and brands products.
Our
Contact Centre Agent are true ambassadors for the company, with a passion for what they do. You will be a key member in supporting customers to achieve the best of our product.
Skills Requirements
- Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Customer at the heart of our business and interactions.
- Strong Sales Skills, persuasive, "selling" (rather than "telling")
- Being an excellent communicator is essential, whether it is amending details or fixing a problem you will ensure are
- Highly Customer Service Oriented with adherence to established guidelines and procedures
- Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels.
- A logical approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work in a Fastpaced environment
- Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone.
- Proficient in computer technology and systems
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Able to positively influence others
- Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Operational Days and Hours
With given notice, Comdata reserves the right to change your working hours.
Comdata operational hours are 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday, this role will be on a rota bases covering 40 hours per week.
Systems & Training
Full training will be given by Comdata and will include supporting on-going training requirements for the duration of the project.
You will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas such as Data Protection Act and all other systems and soft skills training.
