An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Maternity, Neonatal and Gynaecology Services Directorate at the University Hospitals of North Midlands as an RTT Administrator that could be right for you.

25 hours per week.


This role with be predominately based at Royal Stoke Hospital, where you will be based within a small friendly but busy team that is based within the Maternity Centre.

We are looking to appoint an RTT Administrator within the Maternity, Neonatal and Gynaecology Services Directorate.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant with a passion for performance that's looking for that next step.

You will have experience of administration duties and dealing with members of the public.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of RTT and Business Intelligence
  • Outstanding empathy and compassion
  • Able to use their own initiative
  • Organisational Skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages
  • Understanding of clinics and appointments
  • Knowledge of the Patient Access Policy
