Become part of an exciting, ever-growing company as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This company have clear, transparent pathways for progression internally - joining as a Trainee but with the ability to be managing a team within 2 years

With regular and thorough recruitment training, there is no need for you have any prior experience. One employee progressed to a Senior Recruitment Consultant role within 14 months of starting, having never done recruitment before AND earnt roughly £75k in their second year in the business

Since being founded, the company have expanded to recruiting within the US market offering great travel opportunities as well as a higher salary paying market (meaning larger placement fee's and commission).

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job Description:

Building relationships with clients by delivering a great service
Writing engaging job adverts and descriptions
Taking feedback after interviews from both parties
Developing long term relationships with clients for repeat business

What you'll need to succeed:

Great personality (and the ability to build relationships with people)
Energetic with a 'can do' attitude
Motivated and hardworking
Ambitious with the desire for financial success
