Job Title:
Customer Service Assistant

Salary:
£25,000 per annum (Potential monthly bonus and Christmas bonus)

Location:
Birmingham

Contract:
Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week
Hours: 40 hour week, week on week off of 7:30-4:30 and 8:30-5:30 - 1 Saturday in every 4 is required, hours 8-12 and paid at time and a half

SKILLS REQUIRED

UK Driving License
A Professional telephone manner
Ability to go above and beyond
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
Able to work under pressure and multitask
Team player as well as being able to work on own initiative
Able to adapt to different tasks as required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Booking in Vehicles for repairs
Dealing with customers and building relationships
Providing service legal agreements
General Administration
Liable for own area and contribution to the team
Picking up other duties as needed
Chasing Invoices
Dealing with money; taking card payments etc
Updating system as required
