I am recruiting for an Administrator to support within a HR function on the outskirts of Exeter.

This role is a full time role that offers a hybrid working arrangement. Ideally 2-3 days based within the office and the others can be working from home. This role is running for approx. 8 weeks and is due to start at the beginning of March.


The main responsibilities will be:
Cross referencing and updating existing job titles on training matrix with those in our HR Information System (iTrent), to ensure that:

  • All current roles are reflected in training matrix
  • Any that no longer exist/have changed are removed/updated.
  • Any new roles created since matrix was approved are added and training requirements agreed with Heads of/Health and Safety.
  • From the date of the cross referencing data snapshot (outlined above) received until the matrix is embedded, keeping a manual spreadsheet of all new/changed roles to ensure the matrix will be kept up to date.
  • Once embedded and in a BAU setting, updating the matrix will form part of creating, changing, getting rid of job titles, the manual spreadsheet will stop it becoming outdated between the project phase and BAU.
  • Preparing the upload sheets for our learning platform provider to add to our learning platform, the Greenhouse, which will remove any training allocated that is not required and will ensure training allocated consistently across all position IDs where itis required.
