Description

The role

You will manage a portfolio of key accounts across Europe ensuring that payment for invoices are received within the payment terms that have been agreed, and that deductions from their payments are investigated and resolved promptly.

You will be in contact regularly with the customer's accounting teams and develop strong relationships with them, to influence prompt repayment of invalid deductions.

You will also work closely with internal sales and customer operations teams to ensure valid deductions are credited accordingly.

Working in conjunction with the Wholesale Sales Team to ensure that risk is managed within the Group's Credit Policy and bad debts are kept to a minimum, you'll support the company's efforts to maximise sales and profitability.

About you

Financially astute and commercially switched-on, you'll already have some credit control experience behind you including experience with customers who regularly take deductions from their payments.

Alongside GCSEs in Maths and English, you will be highly analytical and have impressive PC skills, especially when it comes to advanced MS suite.

With an excellent Customer Service approach to collections, you thrive on responsibility and are comfortable managing your own time and prioritising your work.
