Deputy Centre Manager - Business Centre - Milton Keynes

£26,000 to £29,000 starting salary

Full time - Monday to Friday 40 hour week

Could suit applicant from Front Of House management withing hospitality sector

My client is a privately owned company which provides offices and workshops for growing businesses throughout the south east. They are looking for a Deputy Centre Manager for their popular business centre located in Milton Keynes.

Some experience in property management / leasing would be an advantage but not essential, customer focused management is however key.

The deputy manager will be responsible alongside the centre manager for a team who are empowered to ensure the property, telecoms and other business services are provided to their customers consistently and always to the highest standard.

The work includescompleting viewings and negotiations with new customers, dealing with ongoing day to day operational management whilst supporting marketing initiatives to maintain awareness across the local business community.
