Aspers Head of Food & Beverage (F&B) is senior role with in the casino. It is a visible leader and manager ensuring the smooth running of the food and beverage offering.

Directly responsible for the management of the Food and beverage operation at the site. this role is accountable for a team of up to 40 personnel.

With accountability to develop, innovate and deliver a product mix which is quality driven and identifiably Aspers, the Head of Food & Beverage is solely accountable for the efficient and positively impactful day to day operations and site strategy of the stores, kitchen, restaurant, bars & table service operations.

Aspers Head of Food & Beverage will also assume responsibility for allocated duty manager shifts on a weekly basis. The duty management shifts are all about being visible leaders throughout the property in all customer-facing areas.

Focused on the general operating floor management - not limited to creating and maintaining efficiencies, standards, compliance and issues within the organisation as well as ensuring that customer issues are properly handled.

_ Selection Criteria _(Essential)**- A minimum of 2 years senior management Hospitality/Food & Beverage experience or 5 years Food & Beverage operational management experience, if you believe you are ready for the next step.

Extensive understanding of the relevant legislation on the responsible service of alcohol.
Extensive knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations on the EHO standards
An expert level of knowledge of service industry and service culture.
Solid understanding of leadership and management practices.
Experienced in HR procedures and practices
Valid Personal Liquor License holder

_Selection Criteria _(Desirable)**- Experience in managing and developing events and sales
