THE COMPANY
This estate agency group is a leading property service provider and won many industry awards.

They are looking for a motivated individual with a marketing/CRM background to come in and get stuck into the strategy and campaigns.

THE ROLE
As a Marketing Data Manager, you'll be expected to be involved in the following;

Creating and evaluating strategies for specific target segments, generating leads and setting up campaigns
Working alongside the data team and creating detailed reports on campaigns
Manage all comms for the company
Devise strategies to create warm leads

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Marketing Data Manager will have the following skills and experience:

Good communication skills
Understanding best practices in Data Protection in CRM Marketing
Understanding of target audiences as well as being able to strategise
CRM tool background would be a desirable but not a necessity

THE BENEFITS
The successful Marketing Data Manager will receive a salary of up to £35,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
