My established client is looking for a experienced Planning Officer for an initial 6 month contract based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.


Pay:
£28 per hour (via an umbrella company)

Tenure: 6 months initially


The successful Planning Officer will have the following:

  • Experience of considering complex and challenging planning issues and writing committee reports with coherent and logical arguments
  • Experience of planning appeals and providing professional planning advice
  • Strong organisation skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise associated administration
