B2BSenior Marketing Executive - Hybrid working 2 days per week office based


I am looking for a motivated and confident Senior B2B Marketing Executive to support the strategic goals of my Financial Services client, with a creative flair for generating new and innovative ideas.


B2B Marketing experience is essential.
You'll be responsible for helping to build B2B marketing strategies that resonate with business objectives.


The role will involve working closely with the Partnerships Director, Partnerships teams and CEO, to understand market demands and translate these into effective and compelling campaigns.


You'll provide dedicated day-to-day support to service the needs of their key partnerships and help to drive revenue growth across the business.

You'll collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to execute the company's B2B marketing strategy (internal/externalbranding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing and PR).


Desired skills and experience

  • 2+ years' experience working within the marketing industry degree or marketing qualification desirable
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to produce multiple streams of content, including industry reports, blogs, press releases and social media posts
  • Excellent communication skills strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working with the media and developing relationships
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and deliver results across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record in delivering consistent, strong measurable results and managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Motivational attitude with the ability to work crossfunctionally as both a team player and independently to deliver on projects
  • Laser focus attention to detail

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting in the daytoday delivery of overall business goals
  • Supporting the Partnerships team with new and existing projects, executing a B2B marketing strategy to coincide and support their overall strategy, with a clear focus on results
  • Taking ownership of B2B communications and adhering to brand guidelines and company vision
  • Working closely with partners to support their content, communications and strategies
  • Contribute to growth through various B2B channels including LinkedIn and content/PR activity
  • Write a monthly blog for partner network and work with partners on case studies and customer testimonials
  • Regularly collaborate with the B2C marketing team to ensure messaging and vision is aligned
  • Write press releases and distribute to media, partners and industry bodies as appropriate, responding to media enquiries and opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers such as printers and event organisers
  • Assisting with the B2B area of the website, providing content changes and updates as required
  • Working with the Graphic Designer and Partnerships team to create new or develop and update existing sales collateral
  • Work across functions interacting with senior stakeholders, the wider marketing team and the digital team as well as operational departments
  • Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look and feel of all external B2B communications and marketing materials ensuring this is in line and consistent with the B2C marketing team's materials/messaging
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help with positioning and messaging
  • Write award entries and liaise with relevant stakeholders and awards organisers
  • Produce and send out regular internal industry update newsletter and quarterly external partnership newsletter
