Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This is a full-time position in the financial services industry.


Duties:


  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain client relationships through regular communication and checkins
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Monitor client accounts and provide proactive support to identify opportunities for growth
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement

Experience:


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,047.05 per year
