Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Services Manager. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This is a full-time position in the financial services industry.Duties:
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication and checkins
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Monitor client accounts and provide proactive support to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Job Types:

From £25,047.05 per year
