Here at Aecus Recruitment we are currently recruiting for reliable, hardworking, and motivated labourers in the ST6 area of Stoke-on-Trent for an established pottery firm looking to strengthen their production teams due to continued success within the market.

As a labourer your role will be varied, and you will be employed on a 12-week temp - perm basis working on a 4 on 4 off days and nights rotating shift pattern.

The pay rate for the role of labourer is £10.25 per hour and there are overtime rates on offer along with other benefits.

As a labourer, duties will include:

Operating and supervising machinery in the production of ceramic products
Handwriting production records
Quality checking ceramic products
Producing ceramic products to the company standards
General house duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
General labouring

To be considered for the position of labourer you must have previous experience within the manufacturing sector, be able to reliably commute to the factory in ST6 and commit to the shift pattern detailed above.
