Admin Experience Essential - Project Support Role
NG Bailey IT Services are currently looking for a self-motivated & proactive individual to join our growing Project Management Support Team within our IT Services Division.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong administrative or customer service background, the ability to problem solve, prioritise requests and you must thrive under pressure.
Project experience is not necessary as training will be given but it is essential you have a keen interest and a desire to learn as you will play a vital part in the delivery of our Defence projects.
For the right person, this job will offer great opportunities.
The role will include building and maintaining Internal/External relationships, assisting in the operational duties of projects to ensure that all compliances are met, submit weekly and monthly reports based on health and safety statistics, finance and operations.
This position is working across military sites, therefore Security Clearance is required and is a condition of employment.
Responsibilities:
You will:
- Customer
- Provide single point of contact for the customer
- Reporting
- Produce regular reports on status, health and safety, finance and operations
- Project Support provide planning, process management, flexibility, risk management, metrics and maintain project standards, throughout the delivery phase.
You will have:
- Have a keen interest in working in a project delivery team
- Previous administration experience
- Good Customer Service
- Worked in a team environment
- The ability to problem solve and prioritise requests
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in LTQR (Desirable)
