Major Players are working with an integrated agency who are looking for a Workflow Co-ordinator to join their team and you will be working work on-site with an exciting client in their In-house design studio.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day workflowmanagement of Print and Digital projects, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the workflow process to be part of an agency who prides themselves on having a great culture

Responsibilities;

  • Being first point of contact for all design requests coming into the studio
  • Building strong and longlasting relationships with clients
  • Arranging all design projects as well as maintaining job folders
  • Supporting clients on developing clear briefs
  • Project managing on Print & design projects as well as some corporate events
  • Assigning tasks to the appropriate team's members
  • Overseeing the process of project, managing deadlines and budgets
  • First point of contact in the studio in case any issues arise
  • Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements;

  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience managing workflow for Print and Digital projects
  • Confident with using PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • 5+ Years' experience within Resource/ Workflow management
