Procurement Assistant - Leeds, United Kingdom - Syncord Construction
Description
As a procurement assistant you will be reporting to the Procurement Administrator and assisting with managing the proper acquisition and delivery of all furniture, lighting and accessories for our high-end interior design projects.
You will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role and with the support and mentorship of the PM.
There will be opportunities to attend project sites to assist with installation of procured items, to meet with clients and suppliers.
Duties include:
- Negotiate and obtain quotes from suppliers.
- Generate estimates, purchase orders and client invoices.
- Manage and track placed orders.
- Working with team manage timescales/programming completion dates for all deliveries.
- Assisting on site for final interior fit out and installations
- Closing client project accounts, final reconciliation.
