Learning Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
Description
In this role you will be responsible for the co-ordination of all administrative activites relating the delivery of learning programmes across the teams.
You will be responsible for the data collection, analysis and presentation relating to learning programmes to demonstrative return on investment.
You will take the lead on developing and maintaining effective marketing and promotional activities for all events.
The post-holder will support the delivery of learning activities across the team and specifically for apprenticeships, work experience and placements with support for the core skills team.
- To provide a professional, compassionate and inclusive service to Trust staff
- Develop programme and event communications and promotional materials
- Data management and analysis to present programme data for key stakeholders, including programme participation, evaluations, EDI data and impact on Trust KPI's
- Manage relationships with delegates, key programme stakeholders and other clinical and managerial staff across the Trust
- Develop and implement key working protocols and processes to support ongoing improvement
