Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a local authority organisation based in the East Midlands on a locum basis.

The commercial property lawyer will be able to work on a remote basisfor either full-time or part-time hours.

The property lawyer's duties may include:
- preparing and drafting full title reports
- leases and licenses
- project based assignments
- taking control of the estates
- land registry
- landlord and tenant matters
- disposals and acquisitions.
