Description
Previous experience operating injection moulding machines would be highly beneficial. Experience operating other machinery including Press Brake/ Guillotine, Lasers etc would also be considered.

Hours - Monday - Friday


Role Description

  • Manual assembly, quality inspection and packing of Ellis products.
  • Operation of injection moulding machinery to produce a range of standard polymer parts
  • Operation of metal forming plant to produce a range of standard and bespoke metal components.
  • Progression to operate more complex machinery and processes with experience.
  • Checking product quality to ensure parts are consistently manufactured to specification.
  • Ensuring the correct quantity of parts are manufactured within the set timescale.
  • Carry out general duties, including housekeeping and stock taking.
  • Requirement to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
  • Undertake deliveries and collections for the company.
  • Adhere to the highest levels of Health, Safety and Environmental practice at all times.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties that are within your capabilities as requested by the Production Co-Ordinator / Supervisor.

Qualifications/ Skills

  • Previous production operative experience
  • Operation of injection moulding machinery (advantageous)
