Corporate Intrapreneur for Innovative Start-up Companies

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential growth areas within the organisation and startup companies.
Develop and validate innovative business models, products, and services, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and startup objectives.
Create and maintain a pipeline of innovative projects, prioritising and managing resources to achieve maximum impact.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and finance, to bring new ideas to market within startup environments.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to support the development and growth of new ventures.
Develop and implement gotomarket strategies for new products and services, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Design and implement metrics and performance indicators to track the success of innovation initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the organisation and startup partners.
Present progress reports and project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or business development roles is a plus, but not required.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products, services, or business ventures is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business opportunities and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Selfstarter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
Solid understanding of financial analysis, market research, and business development strategies.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed.
