Working Hours: 4 or 5 days in the office - with flexible working hours between pm

Our client is a leading company in the events industry, specializing in hosting international exhibitions and awards ceremonies for the beauty sector.
Role Summary:
As a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant, your main responsibility will be to oversee the company's expenses and manage all business purchases.
Key Duties:
- Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes with received invoices and purchase orders
- Establish new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details in the purchase ledger
- Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assist in preparing purchase summaries
- Process business expense returns
- Manage cashbook and petty cash cheques
- Process BACS payments and prepare cheques
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledge role
- Availability for parttime work
- Proficiency in software packages such as Excel and ZERO
