Description

Responsibilities:

Create and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early years
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through playbased learning
Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred
Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
