The role:
Account Manager


Salary:
£31,200 - £39,000 annual


Shifts:
Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week


Temp role until end of June 2023)

Location:
London

Implement Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement Key Account & Client Management programs and policies to retain and strengthen client relationships and meet business needs
  • Track the alignment of the Key Account & Client Management activities to retain and expand current customer relationships
  • Implement and execute high quality customer service and issue resolution in order to retain current clients
  • Implement, execute and maintain Client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
  • Contributes to the development and administration of all processes related to Key Account & Client Management programs and policies
  • Collaborate Industry
- specific relationship management activities, including broking, financial planning, asset management, advertising account management, etc.

  • Participate in driving transformation and change of Key Account & Client Management practices

Skills required

  • Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience Level 6 years
  • Education Level Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Professional certification (ex: from Strategic Account Management Association)
