Vendor Management Specialist-SNR based in UK, France, Belgium or Germany.
As a Vendor Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Driving Harmonisation of processes amongst Customer Experience Vendors in Europe
- Proposing changes in contractual KPIs
- Creating, maintaining and sharing training material
- Reacting on business changes by validating impact on Vendors and setting up an Action Plan to implement respective changes on processes
- Communicating new content and processes
- Performing quality audits
- Driving and performing monthly quality sessions to be calibrated with the vendor on expected quality
- Participating on Quarterly Business Reviews
- Analysing Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Liaising with L&D; P&E; CED and CE-OPS on Monthly Quality-ImprovementPlans
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to problemsolve
- Strong influential skills to all levels
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to plan and carry out tasks without supervision and guidance
- Excellent verbal and written English
