As schools request HLTAs more and more, we are looking to employ a bank of quality, dedicated people, who would be interested in both shorter-term and longer-term roles in mainstream primary schools.

Currently, we are recruiting for several HLTA positions, mostly covering PPA, across Telford. Most of the roles require you to be confident with the Primary curriculum from EYFS to Year 6. If this sounds like you, I would love to hear from you

  • A HLTA level 4 qualification or above (essential)
  • Experience working as a HLTA across the Primary age phase
  • A hardworking attitude with a desire to make a difference
