About the Role

Providing 11 or group support to students who require additional assistance with their learning, behaviour or social development
Developing and implementing personalised learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals
Building positive relationships with students, parents/carers and other professionals involved in the student's care
Monitoring and reporting on student progress, and adapting support strategies as needed
Supporting the wider classroom team in managing behaviour and creating a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Providing personal care and medical support, as required
