Purpose

What you'll do


Build and maintain
strong and valued relationships with our associates, ensuring the understanding that they are a key part of both our current and future delivery model is positive and clear.


Working alongside the Head of Associate Engagement and an Associate Experience Analyst, you can take time to review what is in place and what is needed,
defining and managing a range of effective channels to share information,
improve the engagement with associates and their experiencewith AQA.


You will work to understand a
complex stakeholder map, devising sound communication processes and working closely with other key internal stakeholders, communication, resource management, curriculum and the overall project team.

You will have to opportunity to develop and implement plans, using your coaching skills to
lead and support colleagues
