The commercial division of SF RECRUITMENT are recruiting for Customer Service Administrators for a medium sized family run business based in LE4, with it being a family run business, it has an intimate feel where you are not just a number or a bum on a seat.

You will be given autonomy and be trusted complete your work load without being micromanaged.


The main job role will include:

  • Taking inbound / outbound calls
  • Ringing and booking in jobs
  • Scheduling work
  • Sourcing products
  • Updating polices
  • Keeping data base updated

This can be a very busy environment therefore you need to:

  • Be organised
  • Attentive listener
  • Ability to Problem solve
  • Computer skills
This position is to start ASAP - Subject to a satisfactory credit and DBS check.
