As the new Senior
HR Manager, you will join a small but busy
HR department where you will play an integral role in the functioning of the charity.
Responsibilities within your new role
As the new Senior
HR Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Services while you proactively lead the organisation's Human Resources department by delivering a variety of services such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, recognition, appraisals, grievances and all other areas of the employee journey.
You will be well-versed in company regulations and policies and ensure these are upheld in all aspects of the enterprise.
Building strong relationships with all staff and stakeholders is key to delivering and upholding the goals of the organisation. Along with this, you will focus on the development of Human resource activities in order to improve business operations.Your personality, experience and qualifications
In order to be successful in this role you will be CIPD qualified and have a minimum of 4 years of experience within a similar role in a busy organisation, ideally across the health and social care sector or another charity.
As you will be a fundamental part of caring for employee wellbeing at work, you will be a strong 'people person' with great communication skills.
You will pride yourself on your people management skills, as well as having great working knowledge of
HR policies, processes and systems.
