This is an exciting time to join the People Team and this role will have a fundamental part to play in our ambitious plans for future delivery.

In this role you will have responsibility for for the NHSBSA's effective engagement with, and use of, ESR. You will be a NHSBSA champion for ESR, a passionate advocate and enthusiast for all things ESR related


You'll work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner team and liaise with the ESR Transformation Programme to ensure the NHSBSA's ESR landscape is fit for a timely migration to the new workforce solution.

We are committed to being a flexible employer.

The team work largely remotely, however our office base is in Newcastle upon Tyne and there will be a requirement to attend the office for work or meetings as required.
