Monday - Friday 9am-5pm**A leading educational consultancy-based business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead is looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Customer Service Administrator to join their team.


Due to the location, you must be a driver.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate Customer Service Advisor:

  • To be fully conversant with our product suite to deliver support and assistance
  • Raise new licences and create new accounts
  • Demonstrate the product and its features to new and existing customers via online sessions
  • Proactively engage our customers to increase engagement and adoption of the product leading to retention and renewal of licences
  • Triage calls/tickets action or assign to relevant inhouse teams
  • Managing a list of customers to monitor usage, issues and overall engagement
  • Proactively reach out to customers
  • Prepare training materials for publication on the support site

For this Graduate
Customer Service Advisor role the employer is looking for:

  • Experience in a customer support role
  • Eagerness to learn and keep up to date with products
  • Handson and with a can do attitude
  • Organised and structured
  • Passionate about customer support and engaging with customers
  • High attention to detail and ability to understand technical information
  • Able to cope under pressure with good time management
  • Comfortable in a small yet expanding organisation
  • Full, clean driving licence and car
