Tools Handler /Stores person -contract - Westerham Kent
Tools Handler/Stores Person required to join our prestigious Aviation clients Aircraft stores team.
This will be a 3 month rolling contract with the opportunity of a permanent contract.

This role will be responsible for warehousing duties in an aviation environment including receiving and dispatching orders, maintaining log on tooling calibration requirements and issuing tooling to engineering staff as required and keeping records in accordancewith aviation compliance.


Responsibilities:

Control the issue and receipt of tools and tool kits
Safe and effective use of a tool control system
Routine checking of tool kits for completeness
Managing data bases to control routine maintenance
Booking Test Equipment in and out of stores for return to industry
Accurate paperwork skills
Ability to interact with Technical work force.

Experience required:
Previous experience in warehouse environment, aviation or similar.
Sound computer skills and experience.
Experience in a high volume, high pressure, fast paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
QA stamp will be a bonus
Motivated person with experience in dealing with Aviation tooling.
A safety-first and compliant approach.
